I ordered birthday flowers for delivery for my mom, as I live out of town. They called 2x to ensure she would be home to accept the flowers and also called the next day to confirm she liked them and if there were any issues. We ordered a tropical arrangement to brighten up her first winter in Alberta and they were absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore, so we are both thoroughly impressed with Funky Petals.
Funky Petals has been a friendly reliable choice for gift giving for our St Albert family. Always wonderful designs and product. Staff have been helpful and accommodating on the phone and in store. We continue to use Funky Petals! Happy Holidays🎄
