Outstanding customer care. Mom received a beautiful bouquet for her 87th birthday and after a day of delivery we unwittingly thought the “roses” were wilted. The staff at FP provided us with, not only an education about “Lazy Lissys,”, but also made another most gorgeous arrangement to pass on to mom to help her celebrate her birthday. Their thoughtfulness, kindness and care about the quality of their product & service went above and beyond!!! Thank you!
