The Funky Cow is fantastic. The brisket sandwich was so good. The service is excellent and accommodating. The artwork and decor is superb and we greatly enjoyed this spot. This is the best lunch spot in Hammonton.
Very bad experience. Ordered a waffle and also ordered a separate ice cream. They delivered a waffle with the very tiniest dollop of ice cream on top. When we asked about it they said that they rang us up for a waffle plus ice cream on top. That is not at all what we wanted and when we explain what we wanted, they made zero effort to make it correct. Also, we asked for water to go with our dine-in water, they said all they had was bottled for $4. Also restrooms were posted as out of order.
My mom and I tried the Bangin’ Brisket at Funky Cow Cafe for lunch and it was absolutely amazing!!! The brisket was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor and the waffle paired perfectly with it.
Lola’s Cuban from Funky Cow deserves its own fan club. The roasted pork was juicy, the ham and Swiss were perfectly balanced, and the pickles added just the right tang. Whatever magic is in Lola’s sauce should probably be bottled and sold separately. One bite turned into ‘just one more bite’ until the sandwich mysteriously disappeared. 10/10 — worth every dollar and every napkin.” 🥪 Love, The Velvet Pour
