I am extremely disappointed in Kandice. As a poor college student winning A Full Highlight Tone and Blowdry 9/24/21 was a huge deal. Today 12/16/21 after my appointment not only did she not honor my giveaway stating that there was a 2 month expiration clause on an expired Instagram STORY but my face had blotches of toner all over and my hair looked no different from when I arrived.
