Sable was super responsive and will do everything in her power to advocate for her client. She is wonderful to work with, very responsive, and moves incredibly quickly when the occasion called for it. Unlike my previous experiences with other realtors, when I was working with Sable I never wondered whether she was doing everything in her power to advance my interests and make the purchase happen. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Sable again and recommend her without reservation.
Best All Around! I reached out to Sable because my son used her as a real estate agent and was incredibly happy with her work. It was the same for me. She was always prompt in returning my calls and was extremely pleasant and professional at the same time. She represented me exactly the way I like to do business—she had my interests at heart but never played hardball with the seller. In the end, everything worked out just fine, and I would definitely recommend her unequivocally.
Excellent Realtor. Working with Carol was a great experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions throughout the selling process. She kept us informed every step of the way, made the entire experience as stress-free as possible, and worked hard to help us achieve a successful sale. We truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Denita Jo Gray is a top notch Real Estate agent! She is quick, knowledgeable and is steady with every turn in getting you into the home you're praying for. Don't pass her up. She is smart, personable and fun to work with! Thanks Denita, for everything! 😘
My husband and I were able to find our dream house thanks to Sable. We can not recommend her enough! Sable has an in-depth personal knowledge of the area that was especially helpful as someone who was moving from out of town. She is extremely respectful, informative, and proactive all while allowing us to move at our own pace. We had a large bump in the road right before our closing date that almost delayed our move, but she absolutely saved the day. We were able to close and move in on time thanks to Sable!
