Dr Funk is one of the best Doctors in New Castle County, he helped me with a sleeping problem that I had for almost Fourty years. He is caring and one doctor where the patient comes first. Dr. Funk is always available for his patients. God bless Dr Funk
Am transferring to another doctor after being with Dr. Funk for over 40 years! Love Bill but his staff is atrocious. Not professional at all and make you feel like you are bothering them. Asked for records over three weeks ago, no response. Called to ask about records, on hold for over 5 mins. So glad to be leaving and my new doctor is AMAZING!!! Her staff is too!
The receptionist at was totally so aggressive. She needs to be more customer friendly. She was blunt.
He is always friendly, and informative. The staff, in general, do their jobs, although smiles can go a long way with patient interactions when in the doctor's office.
RecommendedI want to pass along comments and compliments from Bayada visiting nurse (who just left). She has been incredibly impressed with the response she has received from Dr. Funk and Karen with regard to my husband's care. She said you are terrific, and, of course, we agreed!
he's been my family doctor since i was born and is simply the best!!! so so so helpful and really cares about his patients! also is super funny!
Three generations of our family are patients and he has a ton of patience with each of us!
