make sure if yo plan on using funk you have to have broken bones, bleeding, and carried away in an ambulance(first questions the secretary ask). he wont even look at your case (the opposite of his commercials) unless he can get lots of money for him. even if you did all the work for the case
Mr Funk is extremely fair and knowlegable. He knows how to put customers first, which is something you dont see too often.
Im reading all these great reviews but Im having the opposite experience. They arent handing my personal property case (which is not common) and didnt tell me why so Im having to deal with the insurance myself and its taken them 2 weeks now...and counting...to just get me an address so i can file a law suit in court myself. Dont waste your time with these guys. Im going to start looking for other options but I think Im stuck with these guys.

Dont waste time. I called and he refused my service. I was in a no loose case. At a red light and a truck hit me at 60mph. My vehicle and 3 othrrs totaled. I I have previous back and neck but the wreck caused severe pain and problems with my back and neck. He said it would be too hard to prove if the present problems were from from the past or the wreck. I would not advise his service due to my experience.
