I really like the set up that both Kathy the receptionist and Dr. Fung have created when it comes to booking appointments. Depending on the urgency of your issue, you can get an appointment the day of or the very next day. In comparison to other walk-in clinics that make you wait 2+ hours in the waiting room. Dr. Fung is efficient and it's easy to be honest with him. He may not give medication/ prescription right away (which may frustrate some people) but it's only because he wants to perform the correct tests first.

Dr. Fung and Kathy are wonderful. They are a dynamic duo. In my 34 years of life, I have never met a doctor who works as hard as Dr. Fung. When I call, I get an appointment right away. Dr. Fung is so very helpful and if he doesn’t have an answer, you better believe he’s going to find the answer for you. Thank you both. Happy to have you as my family doctor!
Dr. Fung is a great doctor who actually cares for people.and not just pushes pills and sends you on your way like many other doctors today. His receptionist is very accommodating and kind hearted.
