Terrible redemption process. This company will take your money at the speed of light but when you want to get out it’s a terrible experience. Returns are not that great. Very disappointed in the company leadership.
Just like many of the reviews. I’m trapped and can’t redeem my shares or close my account. I’ve been trying for years. It continues losing money. So just a few thousand down the drain. Put your money somewhere else.
Poor returns rate in the over 6 years I used them and it’s been a nightmare hassle to withdraw my funds. It’s been almost a year and i am still trying to withdraw my funds. They lack any effective communication towards investors and a live person may or may not answer questions you have. Invest elsewhere because this is a mismanaged organization
OMG what a terrible, terrible company! I invested my dribbly little IRA into this company about 5 years ago, and am now trying to roll it over into a different company because the returns were ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE! As you can see from the attachment, I lost almost 500.00 on the value of my meager portfolio. AND they have an annual "management fee" of $149.00 that they enforce like the Totenkopf.
