After 5 years my account has made less than a savings account. Stay away. Also you can't withdraw your money whenever you want. Fundrise is the worst.
Invested through them via SOFI into their Venture Fund. They put out a vote to take it public. It won, which was unexpected given the opinions on Reddit amount others. When they went public they made the lockout period for ALL Retail investors to be way longer than their institutional investors. Retail became the exit liquidity for those with deep pockets. UPDATE!!!! After 5 years I made $100 and invested 10k. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN RUN in the other direction! I invested over 2 years ago with this company I could have made more money in a savings account.... Please fundrise I own many properties they've went up in value but my portfolio with you guys seems to just keep going down.... Huh? I would like to add comments to this review. Undoubtedly one of the worst investment platforms you can put your money in. Firstly you will lose money year over year which is actually hard to do in aggregated real estate. Then you will not be able To get your money out. Don’t do it !
I've spent over a year trying to get my funds back from these crooks. They claim funds were disbursed July 9th for one of my accounts. We're in August and still nothing. The other account has been in a "merger" for a year... basically they cut off contact and are keeping the money. They stopped responding to my chat and emails, refused to give me a number to talk to a human. This is a scam!
