out of all my investment, Fundrise has the lowest returns! In 8 years I have less then a 12% TOTAL return! This is a stretch of time where Real estate prices and rent shot up, so there is no excuse for the poor returns! I tried to move my funds out of Fundise but the penalties were extensive! There are way too many investment group with better returns and closed ended investments to mess with fundrise. $91K invested over 8.5 years with just a $11Kinn returns.

Fundrise has proved to be a very stable investment for me through the ups and downs of the market. I feel like Fundrise has a lower risk profile than many of my other investments, which is why I like them.
