I got an apartment with the help of DCFS because I had an eviction on my record. They requested 3 times the rent for security. The rent was also raised from $950/month to $1150/month. I admit I pay the rent late every month but I also pay the extra $100 late fee. I was able to have the Blessed opportunity to meet my friend's Son, (favor funderburg), which is Pastor Funderburg's Son, while on his sons property getting a much-needed R&R, God is good!
