The receptionist people were very rude and hateful. We’re making smart comments as a psychiatrist office, How could you have somebody like that working that represents the front end of the company? I mean, I can see one reason why!!!
I love Vanessa, she has truly helped me grow as a person. In our therapy sessions she is incredibly supportive and validates your emotions but also gives you the knowledge/tools to help you control them. She teaches safe space/grounding we have done some EMDR, I have been with her 6 months and I genuinely have a better grasp on myself it makes me so happy ☺️
One thing I've noticed in my conversations with Vanessa is her energy. She is so calm and steady that I notice my own inner calm and steadiness when I'm around her. She's one of those smart people who are more interested in listening than talking, and I tend to lean in to know what people like that think and feel when they do speak up.
