In one year, I have gone from uninformed and quite sick (Hashimoto's) to empowered and feeling so much better. Gretchen has really changed my life! She is patient and extremely knowledgable on so many medical topics, and how we can change our bodies by using healthy and holistic supplements and changing our mindset about our illnesses.
