Get borrowers with better credit scores. My fault for not checking and assuming FTF would select borrowers with better credit scores. I wouldn't rent properties to some of your borrowers due to their credit scores. All that being said I am an investor and understand the risk of investing.

Closing deals is key and having a staff that understands how to run renovation or developments is just as important. Fund that Flip is an excellent operation with A players. You can rely on them if you need lending on a multimillion dollar project or a single family deal.

I couldn’t recommend Fund that Flip more highly! They have done a great job with 3 investment loans for us.
