I saw Jana for neurokinetic therapy. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. My right hip has been a source of issues for many years. My sessions with her have given me relief from old movement patterns and I am now able to do adult ballet class without aggravating my hip. Such a gift. I've dance my entire life and I am 44 years old. I hope to dance for the rest of my life so this is very helpful.
Jana is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I could feel such a difference with the work she did with me. Highly recommend!
