Navigating the complex and disappointing world of corporate medicine can be frustrating and it’s always a challenge to find a practitioner who is truly focused on helping the patient. Dr. R.J. Zamar is one of those gems and I could not more highly recommend him to any person looking for a Physical Therapist. His knowledge, approach, and techniques helped me recover and resume my normal, active life.
RJ treated my daughter who is a competitive gymnast. He spent a lot of time evaluating her injury and gave her exercises to do for a speedy recovery. He followed up with me to check on her progress and genuinely cares. If you have an athlete that is injured he is the person to see.
I had total knee replacement on my left knee, I’m 71 years old and the physical therapy was nothing like I expected. It was an outstanding experience, the constant encouragement I received from RJ Zamar was not expected and greatly received. I exceeded all goals that I had made for myself and RJ was there to help me active it. I actually am looking forward to my next surgery this October, and of course the recovery and PT.
R.J. Zamar educated me on the cause of my knee pain and helped me return back to my regular activities. Highly recommend!
I partnered with one of the therapists of Functional & Sports Performance, RJ, in 2019, as I had lost the ability to move one of my arms. When I discussed the problem, he went straight to work, networking with their resources to create a personal plan for my physical therapy, and during the next appointment, we began to implement it.
