Adam a great bloke, did some workouts with him during the lockdown at a local park has good advice on what supplements to take (eg. Magnesium etc.) and what diet suit you best to achieve your goals. He has good workouts and has fantastic advice on form techniques when doing compound movements etc. Highly recommend!
