Sharing�a�huge�win�for�my�cholesterol,�even�though�we�are�halfway�through�our�program,�my�doctor�wanted�to�retest�my�cholesterol�after�after�six�months.�My�cholesterol�was�at�278,�it�is�now�at�162!!!!!!�And�we�are�not�even�done�with�the�program,�thank�you�so�much�for�your�help.�(I�have�also�lost�10�pounds.)
