RecommendedEveryone is so helpful. They helped me customize my workout to rehab my knees.
They take on all shapes, sizes, and injuries. Myself and others have a prior injury and they modified the workout to make sure I still got the exercise without the pain. This really is a good option for low impact exercise! Cheaper than water rehab with all the benefits!
