I know the staff personally and professionally and their operation is first rate. They are well trained and well versed at the services they provide. Their testing is objective and based on data collected. They have performed hundreds if not thousands of these exams. They are accurate, and well respected by employers large and small in our community. Their facility is clean, state of the art and their testing is done to the highest standards in the industry. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Functional Ergonomics is a first-rate, treasure for Kern County employers. The level of expertise and knowledge is unsurpassed. I read all the reviews posted here, and can't help but notice that the poor reviews were from folks who did not pass the exam. These folks then throw out spurious claims or raise issues that have nothing to do with the purpose of the visit. First and foremost, it was a very hot day and I was ripping and running around trying to get to the place on time. I had no idea of what this test entailed. First they took my blood pressure and my heart rate. Being that it was a hot day and I'm ripping and running around of course my heart rate will be slightly elevated. Needless to say I didn't pass your test because I didn't place the weights that were in the milk crate on the ground gently. I was carrying 85 lb's of weight. Staff gives sound ergonomic advice that helps reduce pain and irritation caused by poor posture and usage of occupational accessories over long periods of time. I would recommend to any business looking to improve their employees’ occupational experience through ergonomics.
