a well rounded approach to any health difficulty, pain, weight gain, strengthening exercises and most important preventative education on posture and consistent adjustments which have helped me to not have reoccurring back neck pain which I have struggled with intermittently for many years. Shaun has a caring approach and one never feels rushed but he spends time explaining and teaching.
