our experience with this company was very disappointing. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. It would often take several weeks to receive any response by email or phone, which made planning very stressful when trying to organise details for our wedding. We also noticed items being added to our quote that we had not requested, which continually increased the price. Tanya is amazing! Totally smashed my vision out of park. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Tanya is kind, professional and fun. She really listened to what was important to me (I say me, because my partner let me run wild with the styling lol), like my memorial stuff were really important to me.
