Simon is very professional and gives careful consideration to the job in hand. Gave a lot of advice up front and things to consider before the install.
Had an issue with my central locking and reached out for help. Simon was incredibly patient and believed I could fix it myself with some guidance. He took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting process over the phone and made sure I wasn’t charged at all, even avoided a call-out fee. Thanks to his help, the issue was resolved quickly and completely free. Really appreciated the honest and helpful service.
