I really wish I could give less than a one star review for this very crooked business. I bought a brand new 2019 gulfstream trailer at the beginning of October and it has been nothing but problems. The window shattered on its first ride out of the dealership(took 2 months to get fixed). The electric jack didn’t work when we made it home(they don’t work on those). The battery on the camper would not hold a charge(I was told by Phyllis at the service center they would not replace it because it’s a maintenance issue. I just hav... read more
I bought a 2018 trailrunner 33 IKBS. I had a few things that need to be addressed. Phyllis and Curtis did a amazing job of fixing things that were missed at the factory. I called and had a appointment in two days and they repaired the issues while I waited. Service beyond what is expected. If I could have given Six Stars I would have.
