Bought our RV at FunTown... had some problems, we had to bring in RV for warranty issues involving the refrigerator not working, the stove came out if counter while traveling during our first time out, 1 AC not working, also under warranty... it would take 3 weeks... that was Oct 2024. I had an issue with my campers outdoor speakers. The service manager used common sense and got the issue addressed in a reasonable amount of time.
I just want to send a shout out to Brandon, Stacey, and Natalia over at Fun Town RV service center in Cleburne! I picked up my RV with no issues and great customer service. Stacey walked through my RV on what was completed and serviced. She made sure I was all squared away. Natalia was great with getting paperwork organized and confirming service.
