If i could give zero stars i would. Brought my camper to them in July with damage from a blown tire. Asked them for an estimate to repair. Waited 3 months and had not heard anything back so i started calling. First nobody is ever working and they say they will call back and never do. Finally got ahold of a different service advisor that said they were waiting on insurance information. I said i dont want to go through insurance i just want a quote to repair the damaged wires that are hanging out of the bottom of the camper. T... read more
They would not cover the labor costs for repairs needed after my rv was damaged at their repair facility. Beware of poor quality work and communication due to their high turnover rate. I feel bad for what the good people that do work at this place have to go through.
I had the opportunity to meet with Kevin from the Amarillo Fun Town location.. Working with Kevin was great !! He is very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about helping us find the right RV .. Just don't know where to start. In the past 2 years that place just went down the drain. Used to be really good anest company and now ot is a place to avoid. Specially, after a lot of technicians and service advisors left that company due to questionable work ethics. Going to now, they do poor job, and they don't stand behind their work. RVs are not something you use every day, and when you notice the problem they always point towards their warranty policy. And surprise.... 90 day on labor. Big thanks to Mike C! I had just left the service center when my travel trailer broke down because the hitch wasn’t working right. Mike came out right away and went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend Mike and the FunTown team!
