terrible customer service when I took my bike in and then didn't actually fix the problem with my bike, just delayed the next shop trip
Listen i dont have the broadest experience but ill give you this the young fella that helped me and my wife yesterday went out of his way to make sure we understood helmet fit, style, brand, and extra information to go along with it to help us make the best choice for safety. Helped us even try several brands with the knowledge we might order online, but made sure to let us know we would save money ordering in house. Anyway, i didnt catch yer name young man, but thank you! Keep up the good work!
