Tete was awesome for our son’s first 2 year old hair cut! We had been struggling to find a good place in Seattle and really liked this one! Tete cut his hair just like we asked and did a great job interacting and keeping him comfortable. Would highly recommend!
I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment, leaving numerous voicemails, but they have not responded. I also attempted to visit to see their availability, but unfortunately, they were closed. Are they still in operation?
Never open when they say they are, and when they did turn up, it took an HOUR to cut my 2 year olds hair. And then she put gel in his hair without asking. We had back to back appointments for the kids, and she took 10 minutes in between to chat with someone else without telling us what was happening. Haircuts ended up basically okay, but customer service sucked. Definitely will not be back
Tete did a great job with my kid's first haircut!! I loved that she gave us a very cute first haircut certificate :)
