I like Dr OH and his dental assistants but the front desk staff is unorganized and uninformed. First I'm told they are in network with my insurance, then I'm told they are out of network, so I tell them I'll have to go someplace else unfortunately and request all my future apt to be canceled. They didn't cancel it and call me to confirm the apt where they told me I was in network again, "things changed", so I agreed to keep the appointment (because i do like Dr Oh.) Great experience! The team was able to fit my daughter in for an emergency appointment. My 14-month-old had a traumatic experience chipping her two front teeth. All of the office staff were incredibly helpful. Nancy made my daughter feel so comfortable, keeping her happy and distracted with toys and her favorite show! Dr. Oh was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel reassured with his detailed explanations. He didn’t try to nickel and dime us or suggest any unnecessary procedures.
