We used this travel agent for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a complete nightmare, we took her suggestion on a hotel that ended up being like a sleazy motel you find. We were told we would be close to food and bars and come to find out we were 2.5 miles away and without booking a vehicle we were stranded. Then we asked for an adult cruise and she told us it would only have a few children on it and that was wrong how about hundreds of unruly kids.
