I needed a few cakes for a work celebration and got a two tier of Earl grey and strawberry shortcake then separately a chocolate cake to feed about 100 people. I must say having never ordered before I wasn’t sure what to expect but everything was DELICIOUS! People lined up for the cake including coming back for refills and they were very impressed by the quality of the cakes and how the flavor and texture were all spot on. My family always uses this cake shop for a birthday cake. Everyone including my wife and daughters loves the cakes here. This is Japanese style taste and might be a bit different from what you normally get in other cake shops around here but as a Japanese family this is what we prefer. My and my wife's recommendation is Mont Blanc Cake.
appearence: the cake is a bit crooked, probably because the cream is very soft and fluffy so it cannot stand. it also appears to be house made quality.
