Very nice people. They unloaded me a day before my appointment.
If you haven't parked at gate 9 or 10 since the night before, you're missing out. You'll spend the day waiting. They don't have workers, everything goes very slowly, and no one cares. The unloading hours don't matter.
They don't open until about 0800. From what it appears, they don't go by appointment times. Once in a dock, took a little over an hour to get unloaded. Not all docks work. Over the road trucks use docks marked in red (in picture). You can park overnight. Seems to be a safe area. There is a restroom available. Just ask. If you walk out onto dock area, watch your head. And you check in at man door by dock 5.
Very slow, appointment were at 10am, 1pm don’t even started to unload. Bunch of excuses, forklift not working, no space where to put product and etc
