I live for 6 year now and I have to clean cuz the don’t clean also have to call cop a couple time the don’t want to fix anything and always people from the outside are sleeping on the basement garbage always a problem pick it up I been here 6 year and the manager now are socks all the want it rent and if you don’t give them the rent by the 5 you get a letter have to leave in 5 days
As someone who has as lived there in last 5+ years, the reviews that are shown on those apartment search websites are HIGHLY OVERRATED! The leasing office has a high turnover rate, I’ve experienced up to 4 different property managers within my time of living there, the last 2 years there were accounts of no one being in office for over 3 months or more… Maintenance is completely nonexistent… the building I was living in didn’t have a secure front door for the last 3 years of my tenure, and still doesn’t. Good apartment spacious for 1 or 2 people. However they have issues when it comes to fixing stuff when i moved here they didn't paint the outside of the main door. It took them like 3 or 4 months plus a bad review on Google so they can paint the door. My bathroom has rust on the window frame and the drainage hole on the bath tub also the tub is getting rust on the bottom, i also requested a furnace filter which at the end i had to buy myself because fall already started and they never got the new filter for me. To whom it may concern; By this means I want to present a situation that afflicts us from approximately 1 year ago, in building 4102 of the Cielo Azul Apartments property located on Fulton Rd. On multiple occasions with the previous administration and also with the new Management we have presented complaints from neighbors with dogs who take them outside the building to relieve their dogs and do not pick up their dogs' poop.
