I created a list of minor repairs that were required at the time of move-in. These repairs took 6 months, and not all were completed. I recommend reviewing recent building violations before moving in and doing a thorough test of all amenities (shower, buzzer, outlets and switches, locks) to ensure all function prior to move-in. A fabulous organization. It has to be one of the best run r.e. firms around. The staff there knows their territory and the business as well, if not better than any other firm. And they're really helpful and so friendly, too. If you are looking for property experts par excellance, look no further.
