Honestly if I was able to give a 0 I would’ve. First, i got a pedicure, specifically said not to cut it, and the first thing, my nails were cut too short. Second, I asked for dip powder, and dip powder is supposed to be thin, natural looking, with the way it came out i might as well should've asked for regular acrylic instead with how thick it is, how much sanding machine was used on my nails. I came in here asking me they could do press on with me nicely and they all made a big seen and made me look like I was evil and when I ask again they looked at me up and down and said no I will never ever go back into a bussines who treats people like that

worst experience of my life if i could give a 0 i would. she cut my real nails too short when they were strong and long. she over filed my nails and cut off most of my side walls. i told her i want my nails not too short and square and she did not listen. the experience overall was horrible i felt tense the entire time and the eyes still tried to make me pay full but i refused. also to add it was very dirty i should've left the minute i saw the red flags. do not trust the process guys
