The worst service a company can offer. They had 60 days to compile all the paperwork needed for a home loan and waited until less than a week before to start getting stuff ready. When they ran into a mistake they made on their end, it screwed everyone over. No remorse or apologies from them though.
Friendly staff
I would not expect prompt service unless you are planning on buying a million dollar home. I went to 5 different banks for pre-approval and Fulton was multiple weeks later in getting back than all the other banks. I got a very unfriendly attitude when I was able to get a response.
