Been going here for about 25 years. Never had a problem till recently. Absolutely cannot get a call back. Husband had a test on his heart (and an X-ray) done 9 days ago. Called FOUR times this week with no call back before I called again to get results. (The day of the test we were told the Dr would have results in 24 hours!) Same thing 2 weeks ago when the heart issue started. Simply leave message after message and they just do not call back. RecommendedHad some medication concerns and Anita (the nurse) got right on it and was ready to help. Took care of it right away. Dr’s are great too!! I appreciate having this service in Fulton!!! Thank you!!

I saw Jack Wenkel recently. I highly recommend him! I have seen several doctors in other areas and it is rare to find such great care! Jack listened, took his time, was personable, made sure my needs were addressed, seemed to care, and was knowledgeable. He really listened to what I had to say and even said to call back if I wasn’t better in a few days! The front office staff was very helpful and friendly as well!
