Horrible. THEY OVER EXTENDED THEMSELVES AND DONT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO FINISH THEIR HOMES ON TIME. They built to many houses, without regard to finishing those houses on time. My house has sat idle for more than 4 weeks with nothing done to it. So Fulton Homes pretends that it’s run by a forthright CEO. They pretend that they’re quality and customer service sets them apart from the rest of the home builders but they are no different than. DR Horton except you’re paying a premium price.
