I wouldn't give this place 1 star , should have left blank, Management sucks !! They do not care one bit about tenants or should I say only the bad ones ,if you pay your rent on time 2 hrs straight and they have a problem with you! Office help thinks she's in a fashion show, has her apartment fixed up no holes in walls but everyone else has leaks or holes in the ceiling . Fulton homes is not a quality homebuilder. I recently purchased a Fulton home and I am not proud to own it. I've had nothing but heartache and their customer service is horrible. The warranty is worthless. Nothing in my new home works right, the room temperature in the summer is hotter than what I set the thermostat to but Fulton homes says as long as it's within 30 degrees of the outside temperature it's acceptable.
