Area is nice. If you're a pet owner perfect for you. If you're not, the dog smelly elevators and hallways can be annoying. Some pet owners are extremely inconsiderate by allowing pets to use the restroom near the entrances to the buildings instead of designated areas. On a warm day you may smell all of their waste as soon as you open the door.
We miss Fulton Hill's amazing customer service every day. Last August, our property management transferred from Fulton Hill to one of it's (god awful) competitors. It's crazy how much of a difference there is in our community. Fulton Hill was present on the property every single day, cleaning and performing maintenance. We knew our maintenance supervisor by name. They always got back to us immediately.
