I've really appreciated the care and compassion of this place and really like how they use pharmaceuticals as a last resort. With them I am off a lot of meds I had been on and am now on a low dose of an SNRI. Eleanor has been excellent and responsive and I really appreciate that she seems to care. This is in stark contrast to what I've experienced from providers in the past. I'm really grateful to have been referred to them.
I experienced a horrible traumatic experience over the summer of 2025. I was living in constant fight/flight and severe anxiety/panic attacks. I weaned off my Prozac d/t being on a drug for cardiac matters then developed “severe cardiac fear”. Dr Matiq has been amazing with me and very patient too. Do not use this place. I missed an appointment which was my fault and I was charged $100 my next appointment the person was 20 minutes late and I still waited and I said I should get a refund of my hundred dollars because I missed an appointment and you actually missed my appointment. This was my third appointment my final appointment and the person hung up on me because she asked me for my lab results and I said I emailed them to you three days ago why did you not look over my records and then the technology starts to go ba... read more
I like the services they offer and Brianna is amazing. She seems to understand my son and is very compassionate and committed to my son's care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of these services.
I would not recommend working with Dr Matip if you have ANY history of an authority figure abusing or neglecting you. I would also not recommend Dr. Matip unless you have a STRONG support system who can give you feed back. Dr Matip was deliberately negligent by stopping a psychiatric prescription that I had been on for several decades. Simply stopped prescribing it, no tapper, no consideration for best practice.
