I am Dr. Matip's sister in law and I was her patient while she was dating my brother. Though every professional I spoke with warned me that it was conflict of interest, I was hopeful that she was God sent and that because she had a special bond with my brother, she might care about fixing the family. I have been going here for awhile now, and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. The receptionist is very friendly, and prompt about getting back to you with any questions, concerns, and paperwork. I have been seeing provider Youn and she has been so kind and compassionate.

The practice started off great when i first started, then i got passed through a bunch of psychiatrist and finally connected with one like i did when i started. I Slipped into a medical issue (grande mal seizure) and was put on a bunch of meds by my neurologist. Then when i finally talked to the head of the facility 9 months after my medical condition came about i got chewed out by the head of this facility (dr.matip) about the meds i was put on for my condition. I've really appreciated the care and compassion of this place and really like how they use pharmaceuticals as a last resort. With them I am off a lot of meds I had been on and am now on a low dose of an SNRI. Eleanor has been excellent and responsive and I really appreciate that she seems to care. This is in stark contrast to what I've experienced from providers in the past. I'm really grateful to have been referred to them.

I experienced a horrible traumatic experience over the summer of 2025. I was living in constant fight/flight and severe anxiety/panic attacks. I weaned off my Prozac d/t being on a drug for cardiac matters then developed “severe cardiac fear”. Dr Matiq has been amazing with me and very patient too.
