Cancelled appointment for next week due to the front desk being so undermining to me as she was very ocd on not allowing me to speak and not being 100 percent customer friendly
The eye doctors are absolutely sweet, however the pricing for the glasses are absolutely ridiculous. 100+ is the base price for glasses in the store which I found ridiculous. What was even more comical was that they have no return policy nor tolerance. They don’t do any exchanges and they fail to mention that at the beginning of your purchase, so not only was I dissatisfied a few moments after finalizing my purchase because of the style, but annoyed on how my prescription was placed into my glasses. Good place to get an eye exam. Eye doctor was good
Great place to get glasses and contacts. Staff was very helpful and informative. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other stores. Good communication with the staff.
Went to get fitted for contacts, it was a great experience! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pair before a wedding I had to attend to. 🫶🏻 definitely recommend
