The office decor is nice and that's all. Waited for about half hour for appointment. Dental Assistant and Specialist were disorganized. Neither had any idea why I was there. It was clear they hadn't looked at my chart and didn't know xrays had been sent prior. They were even in my electronic file. Dentist blamed front office for scheduling my appointment as consult (1.5 hours long???) instead of the procedure. Says he won't be doing procedure today then quickly changed his mind to do it.. When no other Dentist would help me including my own they came threw with flying colors. I love them so much that I switched my whole family to them.
