I had my worst ever experience here. They are using the previous business's name and telephone number for more than a month now. Absolutely unprofessional. Their only priority is to fit in maximum number of patients and charge as much as possible. They lost my X-rays, did a filling that ended up having to do it again as it had a overhang and these were just a fraction of my troubles at this place. Dr. Donald Chui is incredibly kind and thorough when it comes to dental cleanings. He takes the time to explain everything clearly during each exam, which I really appreciate. I always feel well taken care of, and I actually look forward to coming back for my next cleaning.
Best dentist our family had ever seen , amazing staff and doctor
Their receptionist is an actual embarrassment. All she does is talk on her phone and ignore anyone and anything you ask.Doctor Chiu is okay at best. Kinda nice, kinda makes you feel hopeless. The dental hygienist is ignorant with no bedside manner. Money hungry business. I will never go back nor will I refer anyone!
Dr. Donald is the best dentist we’ve ever visited. He took such great care of our daughter’s tooth, gave us an honest opinion, and never tried to oversell unnecessary treatments. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. My husband also had a filling done here, and the level of service was far above what we’ve experienced with previous dentists.
