If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now. While Oral Surgeons of Atlanta is generally a great practice, our experience with Dr. Fulton Lewis and his team in Covington was extremely disappointing and very concerning. The negative reviews are absolutely accurate. My best advice: choose a different location with a different doctor.
Dr. Lewis and his team are great! While these surgeries can be difficult, he and his staff always try to go above and beyond. Beware of old reviews because several of the older doctors have since retired.
Tried to make a call to ask information about insurance and setting up a consult for a tooth extraction and was hung up on within 60 seconds of the call. Not helpful at all.
Dr. Lewis has handled several extractions for me and his work is impeccable. I've never had any problems (like dry socket) and have healed very quickly. I would highly recommend him.
I had a very good experience with this oral surgery group. Specifically Dr. Lewis and his team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend him and is now my ‘go to’ for oral surgery.
