Very disappointing experience with Fulton & Company LLP. They claimed they were "at capacity" only after I provided detailed information about my case. If they couldn’t take new clients, they should’ve been honest upfront. It feels like an excuse, not the truth. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
My original review was quite low, but Fulton worked with me to address my concerns, and that's pretty awesome of them. Any company that hears an issue and makes an effort to fix it is one you should work with, and Fulton is no exception to this.
Major lack of communication with client, resulting in their billing me for time wasted.
The communication from these people are very poor.... I would never use them..... they are holding my inheritance and not letting me know where it is... or how long it will take to get it .... I've sent multiple emails.... NO RESPONSE.... absolutely disturbing firm. * Update.... * from reading their response... they are denying the truth. They know they did wrong! Shifting blame on others and not taking responsibility for their actions. Typical..... VERY UNPROFESIONAL Zero stars!!!!
