Bought a car from Dan, my car has a malfunction light and a few other lights on. He promised me he would have everything fixed before I picked up my car and told me I could get a loaner. I didn't receive the loaner like he said. The manager told me they don't do that, when I picked up my car all the lights were still on. All the service did was re set the codes. Mcgrath dodge In fulton missouri Gave me the best experience i've had in fifty years of driving! I have several different homes, one all the way in Florida. But if my truck ever breaks down again, I'll probably have it towed to MCGRATH Because they do outstanding work with an outstanding crew.
John Mays was my salesman, he went above and beyond to show us several vehicles before we found the one, the financing was easy and quick, we are very happy with the entire team. Way to go Fulton McGrath CDJR !!! Highly recommend seeing all they offer.
Be careful going here we put a down payment on a car and never received the car requested are money back they refused asked loan company to cancel and they said they took the money and said we received the car. We never had ownership of the car and they refuse to give or talk to us about are down payment for a car we never got. To your Reply… I called and left and message and went in multiple times and no response.
