Opened an account here yesterday. Banker hakieem I guess put the wrong phone number on my account instead of confirming with me. So I couldn’t get into my mobile app. I said I wanted to open an account he didn’t ask if I wanted to add a savings account even though i mentioned needing an account to help save my money up. I didn’t know setting up an account was a silent process only spoke once to ask for my signature.
They have raised my mortgage 4 years in a row till I called and asked wth is goin on. Swear their doing everything in their power to get this house back..... hard working lower class get the shaft. Find another bank to get your Loans and Mortgage

I have never written a review before but I cannot believe how this branch has gone about my new debit card. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a new debit card - they claimed they shipped it to my apartment and it never showed. I called again and they claimed they shipped it to the branch for me to pick up so there weren't any issues. I called and walked to the branch multiple times and nothing.
