Ok so they closed republic bank, Fulton took over. I work in town their hours 9-5. I have been on hold for 3 days. They say you're hold time 45-60 after an hour I get the same message. Today 10/7 they straight up said 3 hour wait. They give you a code the code don't work. I can see this bank isn't going to work for me.
In my opinion this is the worst branch I’ve been to. The customer service from the young Spanish woman sucks. You can tell they hate their hourly jobs there. If you hate counting money or don’t want to work at all QUIT. Don’t make customers feel like they’re bothering YOU at your job. I only come to this branch for convenience.
My dad passed Away without a will I went downtown because he didn’t have much and there’s a thing called probate when someone has more than my dad had and you usually have to go through that but they said it wasn’t worth it for a certain amount so I had to go to bank and just explain this account was all my dad has in the world as far as monetary ; the manager, Luke , really did do the right thing honestly he did.
