They did a good job on the bridge but because of a misunderstanding of my insurance, which I asked their clerk to be sure It would be covered before I had the procedure. It ended up not being covered and now I owe them more money, and then I was out of work when they called to collect and I told them I would not be able to pay until the beginning of the year after I had recovered financially but instead they sent it to collections and I get 2 phone calls a day. I guess integrity doesn’t mean anything anymore.
People here at this dentist they do things backwards. Assistant hygienist came in start flossing my teeth I ask why you doing this she stated that the hygienist is busy with another patient so I am going to floss your teeth then she polished my teeth waited 20 minutes the doctor came in clean my teeth They are backwards suppose to clean first then floss then polish NEVER AGAIN. Feel I got cheated.
