While the work done was good the service was garbage. I brought in 6 jacket for the VFW. Each jacket was to have 3 patches sewed on and some embroidery on the back. This took 3 1/2 months. I checked with them a few times during this time and at one point they had no idea where my order was for about a month or two. They did not seem too concerned about it and seemed to have a neutral attitude. In the end I did get the jackets and they discounted my order a massive $25. Very disappointing service. I called several times and left several messages and no one called me back. Come to find out the email stating the order was at my school was incorrect. I physically went to the store and finally got someone to help me. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and after I verified the number didn't even acknowledge the missed voice-mails... and it was the correct number I called! I would look elsewhere for these services.

This location is amazing! I was in a tailspin and reached out for help. I was met by two amazing staff members who were willing to help me. They listened and knew just what to do to put me back on track. The turn around was shorter than I expected, the communication was spot on. I know Laura went way out of her way to make this work for me. Thank you!!!
