I ordered customized vinyl stickers for our Middle School Band Booster fundraiser. The whole process was simple and seamless. I was given size options with pricing to help with my decision making. Sean was responsive and communicated throughout the process with pictures of the product to make sure I was happy before shipping it to me. Great customer service, quick turnaround time, and very happy with the customized stickers - they look awesome!
Poor customer service. When I placed my order I was told it would be 7 to 10 days. That date was not met and two more times I was given expected delivery dates that were not met either. Finally 28 days after I placed my order I was able to pick it up. Great quality just poor service.
